When I first began my real estate career in 2003, I realized that real estate school does not teach anyone how to sell real estate, only how to pass the test. Additionally, the training my broker provided was limited, so I began to seek other sources of education. This led me to many wonderful classes from accredited real estate instructors that allowed me to expand and acquire many designations in my chosen field. I know how important education is, so I vowed that my own brokerage would support my agents with all the tools, resources and training that I needed, but never got.
Honesty, integrity and effective systems are the foundation of my business. My agents know that I will always have their back, they have constant support, ongoing education and proprietary tools they can’t get anywhere else.
As an owner/broker AND producing agent, I spend my days in the same market as my agents which allows me to always know what they are going through. I know what is happening and I know how to coach them through each situation so that they will flourish in their own career.
